Wrong document, wrong version

The operator followed the work instruction taped to the machine. It was two revisions old. During the audit, three different versions surfaced from three different locations. The finding wrote itself: document control failure.

Now one version rules

TeamGuru creates a single controlled repository where every document has version history, approval workflows, and automatic distribution. When a procedure changes, the new version is pushed to everyone who needs it. Read receipts confirm they have seen it.

Common questions

What file types are supported? +
TeamGuru supports all common document types: PDF, Word, Excel, images, and video. Documents can also be authored directly in the platform using a built-in editor.
Can we control who sees which documents? +
Yes. Document access is controlled by roles, departments, and teams. Sensitive documents can be restricted to specific user groups.
How does the approval workflow work? +
You define who reviews and who approves for each document type or category. Reviewers receive notifications, can add comments, and approve or request changes. Only approved documents are published.
Can we migrate existing documents from our current system? +
Yes. TeamGuru supports bulk import from file systems, SharePoint, and other document management systems. Version history can be preserved where possible.
Is there offline access? +
Documents can be downloaded for offline viewing. The system tracks which version was downloaded to flag when a user has an outdated local copy.
