How do I request access to TeamGuru?
Access is typically granted by your internal administrator. Provide your instance URL and the email you want to use. If you don't know who your admin is, use the contact form below and we'll help route your request.
I need access to a specific dashboard, report, or folder
Send us the URL links to the dashboards or reports you can't open, along with the folder or org area name. If a colleague already has the right access, share their email so permissions can be mirrored.
I'm a new user and I can't log in
Check whether you received an activation email (including spam/junk). Verify you are using the correct company instance URL. If your organization uses SSO, use the SSO button on the login page instead of the username/password fields.
Login says my account doesn't exist
This often means you're on the wrong instance URL or using a different email than the one used for account creation. Try signing in with the email from your activation/invitation. If an SSO button exists, use that instead.
SSO sign-in shows an error
This typically requires verifying your user configuration in your company's SSO directory. Ask your internal IT or SSO admin to check your account. If the issue persists, contact us with the exact error message text.
I changed my phone and lost access to 2-step verification
Our support team can reset your 2-step verification. After the reset, check your email and follow the instructions. Include your instance URL and account email when contacting us.
My account was created but I didn't receive login details
After account creation, an automatic email with login details is typically sent. Check your inbox and spam/junk folders. Verify you're using the correct instance URL. If the email didn't arrive, contact us with your email and instance URL.
A report is not updating automatically
Automatic updates can fail if the report owner lacks access to all required data sources. Confirm who the report owner is and that they have access to every folder or document the report depends on. The report can be reassigned to another owner if needed.
