External Action Approver

Streamline approvals by allowing external partners to approve project tasks and actions.  With the "Enable Task Approvers" option in Action List settings, you can now extend approval capabilities to external stakeholders, ensuring tasks are reviewed by the right people, even if they're outside your immediate organization. This enhancement opens new pathways for collaboration and can expedite processes by involving partners directly in decision-making.

Update to Approval Process   

The latest update to the approval process introduces two key enhancements:

Comments : When approving or rejecting an item, users now have the option to add a comment with their decision. Previously, comments were only required for rejections, but now, while still mandatory for rejections, they are optional for approvals. This gives approvers the opportunity to provide additional context if necessary.

Reminders : New reminder features have been added to notify approvers that an item is awaiting their approval. This is particularly useful for ensuring timely actions and avoiding delays in workflows.​​

Multiple Dashboards in the Action List Header   

To enhance visibility and productivity, the system now supports displaying multiple dashboards directly in the action list header. This feature provides users with a comprehensive overview of key metrics without having to navigate away from the action list. It's all about delivering crucial data in the most convenient way possible.
